2，In accordance with ICTI COBP, The factory should have a written policy and/or procedure on the subject of prison labor, both in their factory and subcontracting to prisons or facilities where prison labor is used. The dates of the law and written policy should be compared to make certain that current policy is appropriate. Record the date of issue.
